I found a software that I think could be really useful for people who struggle with drawing but want to actually create stuff without relying on AI. It's quite an old and limited piece of software however I personally still use it to plan out my comics before I draw them out, but you can make proper comics with it too.

It's called Manga Maker Comipo and you can get it on steam. It allows you to use 3d models of characters to create comics. The base character model accessories & hair aren't the best, but luckily you can download custom 3d Comipo content from places like deviantart and make unique looking characters. (you might want to find a tutorial for this, I found a good tutorial from @HeyAlmondra on youtube called 'Tutorial: HOW TO IMPORT CUSTOM FILES TO COMIPO!', they've made quite a few useful tutorials on comipo so check them out, and also check out deviantart tutorials!)

I've attatched part of a comic I made in Comipo. I'd like to note that I heavily used custom assets in this. You might find the heavy reliance on custom assets a negative, but honestly once you know how it works it becomes really easy and fun to make comics using ComiPo. If you still aren't too sure (which is fair), I recommend watching the youtube channel @saraleinighthaven531 and finding one of their comipo speedcreate videos. You can really see how they modify custom assets to make beautiful artworks inside the program.

I can't really describe the program in depth here because of the character limit, but honestly, please check out (the very few) videos of ComiPo on youtube if you're interested, the userbase is dying out and we need new people, maybe we can encourage more skilled people to make custom assets for the app and encourage the devs to release another major update with a more active userbase!
